Hi Virginia! Salon du Chocolate is held annually at Port de Versailles, Paris' big trade show venue. I'll have another post tomorrow about Salon de la Photo which, this year, was running concurrently with "Chocolat". Salon de la Chocolat is also held annually in NYC and in Tokyo. It's a chocolate lover's dream with every vendor urging you to try samples....!!!!
